WXHR held subject training of sales pioneer
From August 30th to 31st2015, WXHR with Xiao Lijun,an excellent lecturer in Guangzhou Pinhui Education, carried out a “sales pioneer” training lasted two days and one night in order to implement the business philosophy of “national marketing” better, to introduce excellent and modern marketing model and to improve sales skills of employees.A total of 105 people participated in the training, some from Hefei headquarters while others from city branches. The general manager and deputy general manager were fully involved in the training setting a good model for the team.
In the training, lecturers instructed some important propositions such as “how to meet the needs of customers”, “how to break through ego” through abundant case sharing, impassioned expressing way and diversified outward training.It made trainees understand a new marketing idea. What is mentioning is the outward training on the evening of 30th. It took the way of two blindfolded partners looking for each other, then encouraged everyone to overcome fear and grope slowly just like way of life. Though it was deep night, we were reluctant to leave. It was a touching scene that general manager and deputy general manager gave hug to every employee affectionately. On 31st , all trainees were divided into groups to do actual marketing exercises to turn the marketing skills directly into marketing performance and got good result.
This training not only improved marketing skills of WXHR staffs and promoted two-way communication between the company and employees, but also enhanced the cohesion and centripetal force of WXHR and shaped excellent “ family” culture of WXHR.
